Passengers who will be undertaking journeys soon are requested to check the running status of their train beforehand.

For the cases where trains are cancelled fully for the entire journey, no cancellation or TDR filing of e-ticket is required and refund would be automatic within 5-7 working days. And for the cases where train is partially cancelled/diverted users are required to file TDR online for e-tickets as per the process.
