Trains are one of the most important components of transportation in India. A vast majority of people prefer the train while travelling both short and long routes. But, there are a number of trains that get cancelled due to several reasons by the zones of Indian Railways. And, today, on September 16 2022, the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation announced the cancellation of 310 trains. Out of the total, 261 trains are fully, and the remaining 49 trains are partially cancelled. Some of the trains on this list are the same as yesterday, whereas some new local, express and special trains are also included today.

- 15777 NJP-APDJ TOURIST EXPRESS – NEW JALPAIGURI (NJP) - ALIPUR DUAR JN (APDJ)
- 22867 DURG NZM SF HUMSAFAR EXP – DURG (DURG) - HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN JN (NZM)
