With festivals around the corner in India, a number of Festive Special Trains have been announced by Indian Railways. After announcing multiple special trains to felicitate religious travel of people across India earlier, IRCTC also announced the launch of a new Bharat Gaurav Train, on Wednesday.
The first-ever Delhi to Katra Navratri Special train will commence its maiden journey on Friday, 30 September 2022. It is 4 night and 5-day package, which includes the arrangements for a two-night stay in Katra. This Navratri Special Package of Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train costs Rs 11,990 per person on a double-occupancy basis. The Bharat Gaurav Train will be equipped with Pantry Cars, CCTV cameras, security guards and infotainment systems.
Delhi-Katra Train Schedule
The train is scheduled to depart from Delhi’s Safdarjung railway station at 07:00 pm. It will reach Katra Vaishno Devi the next day, and take a halt there for the next two days. Bharat Gaurav Train
“Dekho Apna Desh” is an initiative of the Central Government to promote domestic tourism. With top-notch amenities and services, the tourist train is equipped with an aesthetically designed interior for passengers’ maximum comfort.
