The new train connecting Mau with Anand Vihar will fulfil the long pending demand of the people of Purvanchal. Additionally, it will boost the economy of this region.

Train no. 05139 Mau Anand Vihar Terminal SF Special (Via Sultanpur) will start from its source station Mau Jn (MAU) every Tuesday and Friday at 20:50 and will reach its destination station Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT) at 11:30 on the next day. This train will have a total of 21 Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches. It will have stoppages at Aunrihar, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Lucknow and Kanpur Central stations en route in both directions. The train will connect Mau with the national capital and bring socio-economic development in the Purvanchal region. Local industries in the region shall get a boost with improved connectivity.
Travel Guidelines
Due to the ongoing global health crisis, passengers must reach the station at least 90 minutes in advance of the train departure time. It is mandatory for all passengers to cover their face with face cover or mask during the journey. All the passengers are going to be screened for coronavirus and those found asymptomatic are permitted to travel. All the passengers must download the Aarogya Setu mobile app. Passengers are advised to carry their own linen/blankets as no linen, blankets and curtains would be provided inside the trains.
