Overview

The Indian Railways caters to around 2 crore passengers on a daily basis, and in order to do so, it runs nearly 14300 trains daily. However, there are some unavoidable situations due to which a number of trains have to be cancelled by various railway zones. In such cancellation, few of the trains are partially, whereas some get fully cancelled.

Today, on Monday 17 October 2022, the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation has announced the cancellation of 215 trains for various reasons. Out of the total, 159 trains are fully, and 56 trains are partially cancelled. The cancellation consists of a number of local, express and special trains.

• 12113 PUNE-NGP GARIB RATH EXP – PUNE JN (PUNE) - NAGPUR (NGP)
• 13345 BSB-SGRL INTERCITY EXP – VARANASI (BSB) - SINGRAULI (SGRL)
• 20928 BHUJ PNU SF EXP BHUJ – (BHUJ) - PALANPUR JN (PNU)
• 20948 EKNR - ADI JANSHATABDHI – EKTA NAGAR (EKNR) - AHMEDABAD JN (ADI)
• 22483 JU GIMB EXP – JODHPUR JN (JU) - GANDHIDHAM BG (GIMB)
