IRCTC cancelled several trains on Tuesday, 16 January 2024. The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation cancelled these trains for various reasons including rail maintenance, platform renovation, doubling works, due to dense fog etc.
Multiple zones of Indian Railways cancelled several express, local, and passenger trains. These cancellations consist of both fully and partially cancelled trains. Other than that, a huge number of trains are running late due to the weather conditions.

- 15069 - GKP ASH EXPRESS - Gorakhpur Jn to Aishbagh
- 11124 - BJU GWL MAIL - Barauni Jn to Gwalior Jn
- 15053 - CPR LJN EXPRESS - Chhapra to Lucknow Jn
- 15084 - FBD CPR EXPRESS - Farrukhabad to Chhapra
- 12651 - NZM S KRNTI EXP - Madurai Jn to Delhi H Nizamuddin
