Train Timings and Stoppages
The train 12983 Ajmer Chandigarh Garib Rath Express will depart from its base station Ajmer Jn(AII) at 05:55 pm and reach the destination station Chandigarh (CDG) at 06:45 am the next day. This train will have stops at Kishangarh, Phulera Jn, Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Rewari, Rohtak Jn, Panipat Jn, Karnal, Kurukshetra Jn and Ambala Cant Jn. This train started its operations from 6th July, 2021 and will run 3 days a week.
The Train 16317 Kanyakumari Katra Himsagar Express will depart from its base station Kanyakumari (CAPE) at 02:15 pm and reach the destination station Vaishno Devi Katra (SVDK) at 02:55 pm on the 4th day. Enroute this train will halt at Nagercoil Jn, Trivandrum Central, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Palakkad, Coimbatore Jn, Chittoor, Tirupati Main, Nellore, Vijayawada Jn, Nagpur, Bhopal Jn, Gwalior Jn, Agra Cantt, Delhi H Nizamuddin, New Delhi, Jind Jn, Sangrur, Ahmadgarh, Ludhiana Jn, Jalandhar Cant, Pathankot Cantt, Jammu Tawi and Udhampur. This train will start its operations from 9th July, 2021 and will run 7 days a week.
The train 02687 Madurai Chandigarh SF Special will depart from its base station Madurai Jn (MDU) at 11:35 pm and reach the destination station Chandigarh (CDG) at 03:50 am on the 4th day. This train will have stops at Dindigul Jn, Erode Jn, Salem Jn, Ambur, Nayadupeta, Vijayawada Jn, Warangal, Nagpur, Bhopal Jn, Jhansi Jn, Gwalior Jn, Agra Cantt, Delhi H Nizamuddin, Ghaziabad, Meerut City, Saharanpur, Yamunanagar Jud and Ambala Cant Jn. This train will start its operations from 11th July, 2021 and will run 7 days a week.
The Indian Railway is trying its best to restore its passenger train services to pre Covid-19 levels provided India gets control of the virus and the upcoming 3rd wave is contained at the earliest. These trains are also likely to be special trains only and not regular passenger services.
