It will run from 27th April to 1st May on Tuesday and Saturday.

On the return journey the train 06186 Malda Town Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will depart from its base station Malda Town (MLDT) at 07:45 pm and reach its destination station Trivandrum Central (TVC) at 11:10 pm on the 3rd day.
